Orders:
. Order size   $500 +       Prepaid in WA, OR, Northern CA, ID, MT

. Order size $1000 +       Prepaid West of the Mississippi

. Order size $1500 +       Prepaid East of the Mississippi

. Order size $1500 +       Prepaid Anchorage and Southeast AK (F.O.B beyond)

. No minumum order size - Terms 1% Net 30

Claims:
. Damages/Miss-picks - Must contact our office for instructions within 15 days of receipt.

. Returns - Merchandise cannot be returned unless our office or your sales rep has granted authorization.
                .    When approved ensure items are securely packaged.  
                .    No credit will be given on items returned damaged due to shipping.
                .    Credits may be used for in warehouse product only.  No cash back will be given.

. We do not give credit on in-store damages.

. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee and 20% de-tag fee (if applicable).

. Please contact our office with any shorts or overages within 15 days of invoice.

. No credit given on discontinued merchandise.  We do not guarantee sales.


Terms:
. Net terms are subject to credit approval and must be current.

. All past due invoices subject to 1.5% late charge per month.

. No product will be shipped if account is past due.

. Orders for customers on credit hold will be canceled after 30 days.

. Orders under $100 will have a $10.00 handling fee.

. It is not our policy to offer product on a guaranteed sale.

. Terms offered on approval of credit only.

. No terms discount allowed on past due invoices.


Promotions:
. No discounts allowed on promotional product.

. Promotional items are non-returnable.

. Subject to stock on hand.  Prepaid $500 and over if ordered within the promotional time frame.

. May combine orders to achieve prepaid ship amount.
